Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• Products are eligible for return or refund only if they arrive damaged.
• The product must be in its original, unused, and untouched condition.
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases

• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reasons other than product damage on arrival.
• If the product is returned to us used, opened, or otherwise altered from its original condition, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any accepted return.

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Additionally, the delivery charges we incurred to ship the product to you are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Window

Returns are only accepted within 3 days of purchase. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear evidence of the damage (photos or videos).
• Once verified, we will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Weight Variation Disclaimer

Please note that the weight of our products is carefully measured and specified. However, slight variations in weight (within 1-2 grams more or less) are acceptable and should not be considered a cause for concern. For example, if the specified weight is 50g, the product weight may vary by 1-2 grams either way. Such minor differences will not be grounds for returns or complaints.
